Which (if any) compression formats can be used on the series 60 for wav sounds ?
Obviously uncompressed sound is a little too large for my liking...... cheers Dan

anyone ? Someone must know of a compression format to use shurely ?
Everyone can't be using uncompressed wavs - that'd be awful....

I have successfully used GSM 6.10 compression on the Series 60.

you can compress wave file if you have it at first at audio cd and then you can use a program on your pc called jet audio to record rtrack songs wit a big size to wave file (radio format or trelephone format which can compress song file from 100 mb on your cd to 3 mb with a wave format but surely with a minimum sound resolution .
