I'd like to know the step by step to develop applications and put it in the cell phones, someone colud indicate ,or sell , a good book for this?

There aren't very many books on Symbian software development. I have Professional Symbian Programming Mobile Solutions on the EPOC Platform by Martin Tasker, and Symbian OS C++ for Mobile Phones by Richard Harrison. They are very similar; I would recommend the second. It includes a cd with some useful stuff. There are several others available, I'd recommend Amazon to see what's available. go to http://www.amazon.com and search for Symbian.
