I understand, that it is possible to use the phone as a modem and to access the internet from a computer talking to the phone over bluetooth.
I am however interested in the opposite way: To use my phone (7650) as a mobile web-browser and to connect to the internet via my computer and bluetooth instead of GPRS etc.

Is it possible to use the bluetooth connection in that way?

DUN is implemented in the phone as a gateway only so you couldn't use DUN. Basically on the phone side it might be possible to deliver the html-data to the phone over a Bluetooth serial port link (RFCOMM) and open it in a self-made Web browser but I haven't seen any applications proving this right.

I have been scouring the net for the last couple of days trying to find out the exact same thing, but for my Nokia 6600.

Apparently it is possible with the 3650, and some say the 7650 as well.

Here's a guide explaining how to.

This does not, however, work with the Nokia 6600, since everytime you open an application that needs http connections the access point manager comes up.

I seem to remember someone saying that Opera version 5.1 worked, but I haven't been able to find that anywhere, and the version 6.10 that comes with the 6600 gives me the access point window whenever I try to connect.

I found a howto that explains the same thing for linux:

However, this only works as long as the access point manager doesn't get in the way.

There are solutions in the market offering such functionality.

Web access using the Mobile phone's Bluetooth as the medium and a Bluetooth Hotspot as an access point. You can check for example the following:

Most of the above implementation is also available as open source on this project:
