When ever I try and connect my phone via bluetooth to a hp5450
PDA I get a message on the phone " Line Busy".

Can you help.

Are you trying to user the phone as modem? If you are getting the message line busy is it possible that your modem settings are incorrect?

I am not sure what i am doing. initially i managed to set the hp pda settings right by talking to hp support. now the phone plays up.

all i do is go to blue tooth settings on the phone and enable blue tooth.
I know that there ARE OTHER ICONS on the phone like infra red and modem. is possible that they are active in some way?

I would suggest that you try using Infrared to dial-up. If you can successfully dial-up using infrared than the error is within your bluetooth settings. If the 3650 has infrared that is. If it doesn't do you know somebody with infrared on their phone that you can use?
