The 6600 will "pair", but will not establish an audio connection with factory installed Bluetooth handsfree systems in Acura and DaimlerChrysler vehicles. These systems use HFP1.0 and are interoperable with all other HFP BT phones. Is this a known issue?

Hi,

I have a 2004 Acura TL (I just got it) and purchased a Nokia
6600 and got the same problem too, whereas, pairing works fine
but the phone's sound output is not directed to the car speakers
but to the phone's speaker. Might as well say it is useless.

Have you worked around the problem somehow, or anybody else?
