the bluetooth headset connects very good to the phone
but when i get an incoming call the phone doesn't ring, i tried the headset with a nokia 3650 with the same problem, a friend of mine got the same headset with the same phone but he also has the same problem.



can you please help me?
i missed lots of calls that way

should be headset there!

have the hdw2 also and it works fine - at least so far ;-)

sorry for my unclear statement ;-(

I meant the menu 'tools' - 'settings' - 'enhancement'

enhancement in use should have the entry 'headset'
headset should have the entry 'active profile'

hmmm....well.... i happened to read these threads. I was thinking of using another model of handsfree but i was told of the ringing problem. After reading this i suppose that could be the problem but i haven't tried it yet.

You happen to know anything about the multimedia converter by nokia? i can't get it to work.
