Series 60 Connect to internet through Bluetooth -

I don't havent GPRS service in my phone. And my java program would like to access to internet.
Is there any method / setting to make the phone to connect to internet by using the bluetooth? I seems successfully tried before. But don't know how to set again. I have the bluetooth dongle in my computer. And my computer is internet-enabled. OS : Windows XP SP1 phone model : 3650 / 6600 Thx a lot.
