Are you usign windows??
Have you check out the networking form ctrl panel,
there should be gprs or dial-up networking icon
wich you can use to establish connection to inet via 3650

BTW, I'm using COM6 (DUN) to make connection between
PC & 3650 and that port is virtual COM made by bluetooth
adapter's setup prog.

cheers

I try to use 3650 as GPRS modem in WInXP. I see that "usual" data exchange (sending files, etc) between PC and 3650 goes (successfully) thru COM3 (Serial). But I can't establish Interet connection (while modem driver is set up OK).

Should I try use COM6 (DUN) in this situation?
(I use desktop PC with Innovision Bluetooth USB Dongle).

Hi!

Yes, usual data fransfers btween 3650&PC goes through serial
port.

For GPRS connection, I think you should try DUN (=dialup networking)
Other dialup activities, like GSM data and FAX etc, there is a different COM ports (My ports are COM7 for GSM data and COM8
for FAX, set up by BT adapters setup program...)

Check DUN's networking properties to have a right dialup number
for your gprs connection (usually something like *99# or so... this
number works atlest in Finland, Germany, Spain and France)

Hope this helps you!
