Hi,
If you have the Nokia Activ Server installed then probably you can follow the documentation for setting up the OTA service. All you have to do is get the bearer up and running and make the necessary configurations.
It will be by default at your port 8888. So ideally you can access the OTA page from your web browser at http://121.0.0.1:8888.
The documentaiton will help you.
