Hello to everybody!

I'm a novice programmer, and I would like to develope a simple J2ME application for series 60 which should allow me to send flash sms over a bluetooth connection.
Actually,I have to make this application work in 2 weeks,because that's the term for my project...

Now I have a few questions:
first of all, is it possible to send data (just a plain text message) over bluetooth without being authorized by the receiving device?
I think this would be a hole in mobile security but, i mean, I want just to send a text message!

Then, how could I make the receiving device recognize that what I'm sending is a flash sms, so it's showed instantly on screen? How do I encode and then decode the text I'm sending?
