Location of Bluetooth Chips -

Hello,
I am an Elec. Eng. working with Bluetooth on phones. I was curious where exactly the Bluetooth chip is packaged in most of the Nokia phones. Is this in the battery pack, or is it in the body of the phone? (Anyone know about other vendors like Motorola, Samsung, etc., as well?) Thanks!
