For developing a new PC based application that can communicate(for accessing GSM) with Nokia 7650 Model via bluetooth,is there any SDK available? Does Nokia PC Connectivity SDK supports 7650 model for developing Custom Application? If not for What device does the Nokia PC Connectivity supports to develop PC based Bluetooth application?

You have to have a Nokia Connectivity Card installed on PC, and then your application on PC can communicate with Nokia 7650 via Bluetooth (via AT commands).
