TCP UDP Connections in Nokia/Siemens Phone -

Hi
I need urgent help on this. Any knowlege that Siemens S56 phones support any UDP or TCP connection .I have to buy this phone for testing purposes but i am unable to confirm that the phone supports these features with J2ME . (I am trying to gain access to siemens developer portal but it registers me as a guest and does not let me access any forum or docs) Please!!!! Any help will be highly appreciated
