Hi evreybody!

I know hook technique in windows, it can implant in processes and we can use to trap a function. I want to know whether or not technique is the same hook in Nokia system?
Because when I send a message to another mobile phone on Nokia oprating system , I want to add some my tasks.Ex: when I send a message to mobile phone A and then it send automatically to mobile phone B.
Anybody can tell me how to do it
