Why doesn't NOkia 8210 support at+cpbw when the index is left out? -

To append a phone book item,we can use the at command such as this:
at+cpbw=,"12345678",129,"abcdefg" but I found that this at command could not work on Nokia 8210? The phone only issued ERROR! Can anybody tell me why?Thanks.
