Is it possible for any custom Application running on the Nokia 60 Series Emulator to access the Serial Port of the PC which executes the Emulator?

I assume you mean to invoke the application on emulator on other PC?

Basically if you have e.g. a serial port application, you open the application on both ends, then select the roles (one of phones being the server, the other one the client who actually establishes the connection).

You have to advertise for the appropriate Bluetooth service on other device needed in the application, then you can access it. We will soon provide a sample of advertising Bluetooth service.
