Is it known that Nokia phones (tested on 3410 and 6310i) don't call the Install-Notify URL?

Is there another parameter I can set in the jad file to make phone call that URL?

The MIDlet-Install-Notify property isn't formally included in the MIDP-1.0 specification, so I suppose the phones don't have to support it.

I don't know if there is anything Nokia specific to do the same thing though. The only one I know of is:

Nokia-MIDlet-Category: Game

which on the 3410 will put the MIDlet under the "More Games" option of the Games menu, rather than the Applications menu.
