If not, which phone supports? 3x!

The first phone that supports sockets was 6600. Probably because it utilizes Symbian OS 7.0s that has Java VM with sockets out-of-the-box.
...BUT I have recently upgraded firmware on my old 7650 and now I have sockets there! :) As you see, it can depend on firmware version also. However, as you cannot expect customers to upgrade firmware for you app, it is quite safe to expect Series 60 version 2 mobiles to have sockets. Newest Series 40 also have them, but I am not sure which models excatly |
