Please help me about this. Here I developed a bluetooth stack and headset application. Now I am connecting it with the Nokia 6310i as a Hands Free unit. I am able to setup a ACL,RFCOMM,SCO connections and all works fine.. But after the RFCOMM channel is up the phone disconnects the RFCOMM channel . Thanks for your valuable time.

Hi
I also faced this problem with Nokia 6310i. After sending the SABM command in RFCOMM the Nokia phone issues two RPN command. You have to reply this command. Other wise the phone disconnects RFCOMM channel after 7 seconds. If you give the mail id, I will send the exact protocol logged by Merlin BT analyzer. You can contact me in this id.

Again I am facing another problem with Nokia 6301i .Please see below.. From your mail I can understand that you don't have this problem. Which Basband you are using. If you have any idea, please respond.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Here ,I am trying to setup a Hands Free application with Nokia 6310i phone with my own custom developed BT stack. I am using the Ericssion ROK Module as baseband. My stack successfully work on Ericsson T28, R520 and Motorola BT enabled Phones, 3Com Bluetooth Stick and all.
Here is my problem with Nokia. When I try to setup a SCO connection with Nokia, the connection succeeds and the phone gets OFF after 5 to 10 seconds. This behavior is consistent. Sometimes I can make a call and hear the SCO audio in HF speaker system. If I limit the connection to ACL and RFCOMM level only, then the problem is not consistently occuring . Phone gets off only when there is a SCO connection. Also, I noticed that the phone requests a SCO link with connection handle 00 which a reserved value. So I am setting up the SCO connection just after the RFCOMM channel is up.
