Is the Scalable Polyphony MIDI Format only available for Nokia devices, or is this the quasi standard for all device producer's, e.g. Siemens, Snoy, etc?

SP-MIDI is a standard defined by MMA (www.midi.org). Nokia is just one company among many, which support this format.
