how do I get payed for downloads ? -

With over 100.000 potential users I need help in seting up a company that will offer worldwide service of downloading games, walpapers, sounds and so on. Since the users are owners of other brandmarks ( Nokia 42% ) I need serious help with this. I have customers and partialy development of the concept. All I need is help to make this work.
