Problem with Sending Megapixel photos -

Hi there everyone,
I have a Nokia 7610 and I am having trouble sending my pictures to other phones. All my pictures are Megapixel quality and the other phones can't accept these pics. So I was wondering if there was any way of reducing the quality of pictures already taken or reducing the file size. Cheers Jonny
