Accessing IMSI number and Reading SMS -

Hi All,
I have two problems 1. Is there any way to access the IMSI number using a J2ME application? 2. Is there any way to read the normal SMS that are coming to the mobile using a J2ME application. Please Help me!!! Vijay.
