Please help me with:

1.Which tool can be used to make OTA settings for SyncML?
2.Can i send OTA SMS from phones that not support OTA itself?
3.How OTA SMS can be sent from phone?(only from terminal or it can be sent directly from phone?)
4.Nokia 9210 can be configured by OTA SMS in text format(//SIAP1.1)for Internet Access, I used this format and sent OTA to EricssonT68i
and it accepted this sms, Is it possible to make OTA for SyncML using this format???
