It is possible to increase quality of video quality for 3gpp format (by a software emulation for example !) ?

I really dont know, but according to the 3gp file format properties or rather attributes, the small resolution and slow frame rate etc produces a somehow jerky video thats only good and not better or perfect. may be with later technology or enhancement it shd be possible
