Hi ! to get the serial number for nokia multimedia converter pls go to link given below,

and here on the right hand side below the download now button you have link reading 'Request 'serial number for this product'.
Please click the link and it will ask for your user ID and Password.
Once you gave your User id and password the serial number will be sent to your alternate email id.
Thats it ! Get the serial number and enjoy the Nokia multimedia converter.

i cant seem to find the product serial number. i put one i found but it said "the given serial number does not match the username" plz help

Have you requested the serial number while logged in with the user name specified in the registration?
