Hi,
Im trying to connect the HS11 W headset to my IBM T42. The computer recognize and pair with the headset but I can not use the headset as audio tool for Skype etc.

Any ideas?

Then the Bluetooth software on the PC presumably doesn't support the Bluetooth handsfree or headset profiles (or if they do, they're then further not exposed as a microphone/loudspeaker for the PC app you'd like to use it with).

The only one that can do something about this is the company who wrote your PC's Bluetooth software.

In Headset and Handsfree profiles two roles have been defined: 1) headset/ HF device and 2) audio gateway. So HSP/HFP support is not enough; the PC has to support audio gateway role when used with a headset (HS/HF role when used with a phone).
