Hi,
Does anyone know if Nokia has an EarlyBird policy to allow developers of Java applications to purchase phones before they hit the market? Both Siemens and Sendo offer this so that their phones have some available content on launch day. Although we have the emulators there is no substitute for the actual hardware. Cheers Ian |

Hello,
Yes, Nokia wants to help developers by giving support and help for development. The Process is the following: - Go to Forum Nokia main page - Go to Business Opportunities section - Submit the information asked in the bottom of the page (Tell us about your application) - Forum Nokia Partnership Managers will guide you to the right sales channels - Forum Nokia Partnership Managers will choose the best developer companies and offer them deeper relationship with Nokia (early access to phone prototypes, information about the target segments,co-operative marketing, introduce them to potential customers etc.) I hope this will help you. |
