I used my bluetooth on PC to discover what services are available on 6230. There is 'Audio Gateway' service found on the 6230.
I did the same thing with N-Gage, but there's no 'Audio Gateway' found.

Does it mean that N-Gage audio protocol is not implemented in N-Gage? Is it able to install 'Audio Gateway' on N-Gage? Does this 'Audio Gateway' same with audio protocol, the one that use baseband directly (as described in paper from Forum Nokia: 'Bluetooth Technology Overview', page 15)?

Nokia 6230 has both Headset and Handsfree profiles implemented whereas Nokia N-Gage only supports Handsfree Profle. Your PC might only recognize Headset Profile and name it just Audio Gateway - according to the role naming. In audio profiles there are two roles:
1) 'Headset ' or 'Handsfree' (for the accessory device or car kit)
2) 'Audio Gateway' (for the phone)
