Installing M3G API on Phones with MIDP/CLDC -

Hi,
Does anybody know if the Mobile 3D Graphics API (JSR-184) javax.microedition.m3g need to be installed by the phone manufacturers,... or can you somehow install it on a phone afterward (over the air), or package it with an application when downloading? Although many series 60 phones have MIDP 2.0 and CLDC 1.1, they do not all have the M3G API (JSR-184) installed on them. Since they are optional packages this does not surprise me, but I think their should be a way to install them after shipping the phone.. ?? Anybody? Thanks! Jamie
