We have a cell phone application development project with the following requirements:
- Displays pseudo real-time graphics based on live camera data. - Processes saved photo/image files. - Supports Bi-directional image transfer with server. Additional requirements include advice on initial handset selection and knowledge of server options. Consultant preferred over out-source. Los Angeles, California vicinity.
