Data Backup with Nokia 3230 vis Bluetooth -

hey everyone
i just got a new nokia 3230. i want to take the backup of my address book (contacts) on my PC. i brought a bluetooth jack, connected it to the pc and started the data transfer, but the problem is tht i have a transfer single contact at a time... so is there a way i can copy all the contacts alltogether... and i also tried connecting to bluetooth via nokia pc suite, but it didnt worked.. it kept on giving me error... "cannot use the connection type. check that all the needed hardware, software drivers are available (Code: OpenMedia)"  all can u plz tell me where can i find gud softwares and games for my new nokia 3230...
