Connection through BT PAN automatically -

Hi
On PC UI if there is a button like "Get Connected", when click that, the connection between PC and mobile device would be built automatically. My problem is that how can we do this, one possible way is through Scripts, is there any other ways? Since most of time, we need set up those configurations manually. Great thanks
