Modify image size programmically? -

If you've run JBenchmark for J2ME on your phone, you will see it enlarges an image gradually in the run-time to calcuate the benchmark.
I'm absolutely interested in this technique. Can anyone tell me how possibly this can be done in only standard J2ME?

look for this kobjects/utils4me/src/org/kobjects/lcdui/ScaleImage.java on sourceforge
its the best method i found, since it uses drawImage, wich is a rather fast primitive, instead of computing on arrays from getRGB
