Embedding python in an app -

I am curious what py2sis does and whether an example app could be made available that embeds the python interpreter in an app such that it can launch a .py python script with appuifw available to it (currently no matter what I have tried, appuifw does not seem to work from either app or exe embedded interpreter). It is obviously possible since Python.app does it already as does the app created with pysis. Bu I would like to have more control over my app such that I can set global preferences etc within the app dynamically within the interpreter context. This is an urgent requirement for a current project thus any help would be appreciated greatly!!!

I am also trying the same thing but to no avail. have you solved the problem?? If yes then do help me. I want to embed python interpretor in an exe and use its appuifw module. regards -Abhinav
