Nokia 6630 cant connect to the bluetooth dongle! -

Hi there, I can't believe it... after many try I reinstalled all the system and the problem is the same!
I have: Windows XP, bluetooth standard dongle, nokia 6630, outlook 2003. The pc synchronized once and I transferred all numbers to my nokia 6630. Nothing changed in the config of the pc and the phone, but now the message of pcsuite is: no reponse from the mobile! I checked everything: bluetooth is activated, I've done may times the paring, I installed and reinstalled pcsuite, I restarted the pc and the phone, I cleaned the registry, I changed the usb bluetooth port but the results is the same! It works only with the cable! Also if the phone is connected to the pc! It's incredible! many other users has the same problem! Can nokia solve this problem??

I have the same problem with Pc Suite. What is the sollution?
