Can I specify the version number of a Symbian app created with py2sis? Currently they all are v1.0

However, you can leave the files created by "py2sis" to a temporary folder by using switch "--leavetemp". After this you can manually edit the created ".pkg" file and change the version number. Invoking "makesis" with the modified ".pkg" file will package the SIS file (search this forum with "py2sis" for more details).
