Hi All,
I'm trying to get files to/from my 6680 using obex ftp over bluetooth. On my previous phone ( motorola e398 ) it was working fine, i was able to see the filsystem of the phone and upload/download files fine. On the 6680 i only get an empty directory when i request a directory listing. I've tried to change to e: , c:, z: etc ... i'm still gettting an empty dir. I'm able to upload a file ( it appears on the phone as a new bluetooth message ). Once i've done that, issuing a dir command shows me file i've uploaded. So i believe the obexftp only shows a compartimented region of the phone , which is really not was i was execting. Does anyone know if it's possible to access the real filesystem, and the flash card from obex ? Thanks in advance. Regards. |

I had the same problem. I found this description on howto rebuild obex with USB support http://wiki.splitbrain.org/nokia_6630
The patches that this article tells you to "wget" can be found at http://makemebad.net/geek/linuxandnokia6670/ Also it I had to chmod the binaries suid to get it working. Then I used the new USB support when using obexftp $ obexftp -U 1 -F -l |
