Bluetooth Connection Problem in Emulator -

Hi I am using S40_DP20_SDK_6230i as sdk and NCF 1.1. NCF is working and when I drag and drop devices and start an emulator, the connected device in NCF show running. But I can't switch Bluetooth on.
I tried when I was connected to switch it over the mobile menu on but it stays off. Does anybody have an idea or suggestion? Would be great.

Yeah this looks like an old bug, I can't do it either.
However, if you start your emulator with NCF, it should show the Bluetooth MAC address of the device in the status bar, so if it's there, you got Bluetooth working despite not being able to activate it in the phone menu. You can use the Nokia Bluetooth sample midlet to test it: http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n..._v1_0.zip.html Daniel

Hi thank you it worked. I got a Bluetooth address.
The client example is working fine but the server is not running on my emulator. Nevertheless Bluetooth is working. Thanks

I had that problem also. Try the Series 40 Prototype SDK 2.0 and both client and server will run ok.
