Hello there,
what does warm boot and cold boot means? Can you write something?

What does Symbian OEM means?

and can you write something about thread local storage (TLS) ?

Warm boot: restart without powering off.

Cold boot: restart from power off state.

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer. A Symbian OEM means a company like Nokia or Sony Ericsson who make Symbian operating system based devices.
