Hi,
I am using L2CAP protocol for communication on Nokia 6600 device. I am able to send and receive data. However, I am not clear about what PSM(Protocol and Service Multiplexor) mean in L2CAP? What is function of PSMs? Is is a port number where I will bind my L2CAP socket? On Bluetooth.org I show following values of PSMs. SDP 0x0001 RFCOMM 0x0003 TCS-BIN 0x0005 TCS-BIN-CORDLESS 0x0007 BNEP 0x000F HID_Control 0x0011 HID_Interrupt 0x0013 UPnP 0x0015 AVCTP 0x0017 AVDTP 0x0019 UDI_C-Plane 0x001D Only these are valid values of PSM. Kindly help me clarify on PSMs. Regards, -Jignesh Shah.
