CK-7W - Blue Tooth Car Kit - Echo Issues -

Hey
I have just had a Nokia CK-7W bluetooth car kit installed in my car. About 50% of the calls the person on the other end of the call can hear themselves echoed quite loudly through the phone back at themselves. Any ideas on what would cause it and how to resolve it? Thanks Josh
