Hi,

I have this problem with my bluetooth headset. Somehow my headset cannot be used, it can be recognised as to be paired but can't work alone. When trying to pair it always gives an error message of "Disconnect wired enhancement first".

Then the status of the phone is now that it shows this headset phone icon on the screen but my headset cannot be used eventhough it is switched on and is in range.

I can now only use the phone's loudspeaker to talk since it has only the option between headset and loudspeaker.

Can someone advise? Please help. Thanks.

Hi,

not sure what caused this problem but it may have to do with removing the battery without switching the phone off first (could be wrong)

To sort this try the follow:

1. Get hold of data cable or wired-headset
2. Switch off bluetooth
3. Connect data cable or wired-headset to ur phone
4. Dis-connect data cable or wired-headset to ur phone
5. Switch phone's bluetooth on
6. Switch bluetooth headset on

It should work ok

To stop this from repeating, try switching phone's bluetooth off, then bluetooth headset off, phone's bluetooth on, then bluetooth headset on.

I am having the same problem, I have tried what you said it doesnt work. Does anyone else know what to do?
