Hi all J2ME gurus,
I have installed the SMSSend example into Nokia 6670 and tried to use it to send out SMS. However, there is nothing in the Sent Box or Draft box.. After testing the sending.... What am I doing wrong? |

Hi all, Managed to sort out the SMSSend. I am looking for a way to access the SMS Inbox to retrieve SMS messages using J2ME, is there a way to do that?

J2ME WMA API provides no access to the message Inbox.

Hi k.m,
It doesn't seem to be a problem, you just cannot access the native Inbox, it's not allowed in JME (it's impossible) as Daniel informed. Note that we're considering WMA (JSR-120). I'm not sure if it's available by means of any manufacturer/device specific APIs, though. BR, Juarez Jr |
