animated gif into sis file -

Hi,
does anybody know how can I convert an animated gif into a symbian file, so the Nokias recognise it? Is there any software to convert the file? Any ideas?? Or what type of animations do I have to create for the symbian handsets.. I would be thankful for any infos. t.
