Hello,

how is it possible to display text that cannot be edited.
- When I use appuifw.Text(), displayed text can be edited. I miss a "read-only flag" like the form's one.
- I do not see font metrics function in graphics API that I can use to display text in a Canvas including proper handling of line breaks.

Any idea?

Look at http://pymbian.sourceforge.net/misc/...v.20051023.zip
Download this file , decompress it and install it or extract akntextutils.pyd and put it on !:\system\libs on the phone
akntextutils. Basicly, it provides simple text wrapping.
