i have a question for you: is it possible to build a midlet that can access the FileSystem and by this lunch other applications?

Hi,

It seems to be impossible to do that since the MIDlets are running in a so called sandbox and have no access to elsewhere, within MIDlet suite MIDlet can start other MIDlet.
