urlparse.py: not found users_params -

in this file not found variable users_params
add this variable in urlparse.py uses_params = ['ftp', 'hdl', 'prospero', 'http', 'https', 'shttp', 'rtsp', 'rtspu', 'sip', '']

I just have this problem.
and this seems to be the answer. BUT... the file is in C:\resource and cant write to it directly. I cant see it in when conecting the phone using USB and when i edit it using an internal editor i dont seem to have rights to overwrite it... any sugestions?
