I'm using theme studio v2 and it doesn't let me change enough. I'm an artist and love modding but I'm fed up the limitations on theme studio v2. How can I reorder the menus, change my font (or install a new one), recolor the scrollbar and signal level? On top of that there is a bug that does'nt allow windows to redraw the screen properly when theme studio is minimized then maximized !

You can't do things like reordering menus on the phone. They're fixed when the phone software was created and burned in ROM (Read-Only Memory).

On Symbian operating system based phones (like all the S60 models, http://www.s60.com/devices) you can install new system-wide fonts (and the user can reorder apps in the main menu and submenus).

Well not so true about reordering the menu you can do it in the phone, so how come you can't do it through the Theme application?

Best regards

Reordering of the menu items can be done on phones like 6270. The reason it is not in Theme Studio is because reordering icons is not part of themes. Customizing icons is, but reordering is not. The purpose of Theme Studio is to create themes and simulate those phone screens/ actions that impact the rendering of the themes.

Having said that, it is a known limitation that Theme Studio allows you to create a theme with custom reordering highlight element. But that particular highlight element is not simulated in Theme Studio.

On the other points, this set of phones do not yet support customizing fonts and signal bar levels, using themes.

Points taken. However, none of this still explains the window redrawing issue.
