S60 Theme for 3230 -

Dear all,
I am using S60 Theme Studio 3.0 to make theme for my 3230. I changed the Call Handling Window->Active Call Indications and then create the sis file successfully. However when I xfer the sis file to my 3230, the Active Call Indication background is still a white rectangle box and not the image that I have put in. Is this a bug for Theme Studio 3.0 ?
